Big News! After working on and off with each other since 1987, CENTURY 21 Alliance Realty and Coldwell Banker Schraut have joined forces and will face the real estate market together!

The negotiations have been in the works since the summer of 2008 and manifested into a reality this week. The company name of the two combined forces will remain CENTURY 21 Alliance Realty.

With Coldwell Banker Shraut and Associates bringing the commercial real estate knowledge to combine with CENTURY 21 Alliance Realty’s systems and residential knowledge, there is nothing the two can’t do!

Since the passing of the Fair Housing Act in 1968, the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) has evolved into a leader in the promotion of equal housing opportunity – developing landmark education for members, seeding programs for minority homebuyers, and seeking out a more diverse membership.
In 1988 NAR led industry efforts to support important amendments to the Fair Housing Act.
