In a world where the environment is a grave concern, more and more real estate professionals are recognizing the need for green education. Four more states have accepted the “green certification” mortgage course offered by Green Real Estate Education (GREE) as continuing education credits and two of the states have approved the online version of the course!

GREE is one of the fastest growing “green certification” education programs in the country for the real estate industry. They are currently working with community colleges throughout Florida and four other states across the nation, promoting education for energy efficient upgrades for those looking to refinance as well as forms and procedures that must be addressed when going green.

According to GREE president Kerry Mitchell, ‘We “train the chain” of professionals in the real estate arena involved in a real estate transaction and are excited to have the opportunity to train these professions in topics that could spark real estate markets nationwide into a new awareness of energy issues.’
