Marilyn Pearson-Adams has been a Broker/Owner of a multi-office firm in Hernando County for over 30 years. She is an avid Florida State Seminole fan with three grown children, one grandchild, and a retired husband who spends most of his waking hours on or near a golf course.
Marilyn holds several National Association of REALTORS® designations and believes that being a Broker and REALTOR® is her life’s calling. She has served in almost every leadership position within her local REALTORS® Association and continues to serve both locally, at the state level for Florida REALTORS®, and at the national level for the National Association of REALTORS®.
Marilyn believes giving back is an essential piece in helping to create healthy sustainable communities. She is honored to serve as a Trustee on the District Board of Trustees for Pasco-Hernando State College. Marilyn has served in many leadership positions throughout her career, including serving as the Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce Chairman of the Board in 2018-2019. In 2020, she was honored as an inductee into the National Association REALTORS® RPAC Hall of Fame.
Marilyn loves spending time with her family, especially when they are together on Florida’s beautiful waters. Her favorite hobby is creating fun spaces for interior design and reading. Love of God, love of family, and love of country is the fabric that helps form Marilyn’s positive attitude.
Julie Zook

Julie Zook has been a Broker/Owner/Instructor since 2004.
She moved to Spring Hill from Indiana in 1989 to be close to her elderly parents. Julie worked at Bayonet Point Hospital in cardiac surgery until choosing to switch careers in 2001. Julie holds several National Association of REALTORS® designations and has served and still serves on various councils and committees.
Julie believes strongly that everyone should be able to experience home ownership as the center of creating a strong family life. Julie has two children, one son employed by Florida Hospital Orlando and another son, a USF Biomed student also employed by Tampa General. Julie has been blessed to have Great Danes in her home her whole life and currently supplements them with a mini dachshund. She loves to read, preferably on a beach, loves to cook Lithuanian food, and enjoys travel a lot.
