Jared Tanner is a Broker Associate with Century 21 Alliance Realty and serves as the Office Manager of the brokerage’s Brooksville location. Licensed in Florida since 2018, Jared has built a reputation for providing strategic guidance, high-level marketing, and exceptional client service to buyers and sellers throughout Hernando County and the surrounding Nature Coast communities.
Jared holds his Florida Broker’s license and has earned several respected industry designations, including GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute), e-PRO®, and C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) through the National Association of REALTORS®. These certifications reflect his dedication to professionalism, ongoing education, and delivering a modern, technology-driven real estate experience for his clients.
A proud resident of Southern Hills Plantation, Jared has developed a particular expertise in representing homes within the community and other luxury and lifestyle-focused properties throughout the area. Living within Southern Hills provides him with unique insight into the community’s lifestyle, architecture, and buyer demand, allowing him to offer a level of perspective and market awareness that few agents can match.
In addition to his professional work in real estate, Jared has been deeply involved in the local community for many years. In 2023, he served as Chairman of the Board for the Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce, following his graduation from the Chamber’s Leadership Hernando program in 2017. He also served as President of the Brooksville Kiwanis Club in 2023 and continues to remain an active member of both organizations. Jared previously served on the Executive Board of the Mid Florida Homeless Coalition from 2017 through 2025, helping support initiatives focused on addressing homelessness and strengthening community resources across the region.
Through both his professional and civic involvement, Jared has developed strong relationships throughout Hernando County and a deep understanding of the local market. Clients appreciate his thoughtful communication style, strategic approach to pricing and marketing, and his commitment to helping them make confident real estate decisions.
Jared lives in Southern Hills Plantation with his wife, Christa, and their daughter, Campbell. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, Golf, and being involved in the continued growth and success of the Brooksville community he proudly calls home.
