Hello, I’m Nikole. I am a motivated and personable agent affiliated with CENTURY 21 Alliance Realty and
value my ability to offer professional services to facilitate your real estate journey.
My interest in real estate began over 20 years ago when I personally began my journey in home
ownership as I bought, sold and built homes. As an agent, I apply this knowledge to assist homebuyers
and sellers. I value my ability to offer personalized support and focus on meeting the individual needs of
my clients.
Originally from Upstate New York, I relocated to the Tampa Bay area in 2014. I earned a Doctoral Degree
in Educational Leadership from Saint Leo University in 2022. My knowledge in the field of Education as
well as my experience in local school districts enables me to provide useful educational information to
families with children. Supporting students with exceptional needs is a passion of mine.
I currently reside in Pasco County, Florida. I have three children and enjoy sports, travel, and reading. I
value transparency, open communication, and collaboration as I work alongside clients to achieve their
real estate goals.
